Job summary

Climate Council is seeking a Salesforce Data & Platform Administrator to own Salesforce NPSP data quality, integrity, and naming standards as we grow. You will ensure data hygiene and govern the Salesforce ecosystem to support fundraising and campaigns.

You will lead system administration tasks, manage connected platforms such as Raisely, Ortto, MoveData, and Stripe, and supervise the Salesforce team, including training across all skill levels.

Qualifications

• Proven experience owning Salesforce NPSP data and governance.

Responsibilities

• Own our Salesforce NPSP data accuracy, integrity and naming conventions.
• Oversee system admin work (permissions, page layouts, automations, validation rules).
• Manage integrations with Raisely, Ortto, MoveData, FormAssembly, Plauti, Mambo Merge, Make and Stripe.
• Lead Salesforce training for all teams and mentor the Digital Systems Administrator.

Own our Salesforce database. Fix what's broken, set the standard, and make sure our data works as hard as we do.

• Own our Salesforce NPSP database
• Connect Salesforce to the platforms driving our fundraising and campaigns.
• Permanent full time role working in our Sydney or Melbourne office/ Hybrid working environment

About the role

You’ll own the accuracy, integrity and consistency of our Salesforce NPSP data. You’ll run the data quality processes that keep it usable as we grow, and set the naming conventions and hygiene standards the whole team works to.

You’ll oversee the system admin work our team does day to day, including access, permissions, page layouts, automation, validation rules, and make sure it’s accurate and consistent. You’ll also own our relationships with the platforms connected to Salesforce (Raisely, Ortto, MoveData, FormAssembly, Plauti, Mambo Merge, Make and Stripe), keeping data flowing cleanly and escalating contracts to the Operations Director.

You’ll manage our Digital Systems Administrator (Salesforce) directly, and lead Salesforce training so every team, at every skill level, can use our systems with confidence.
