Job summary

Red Energy is hiring a Database Administrator to join our Enterprise Operations team in Melbourne. You will help ensure performance and cyber security of our databases, collaborating with stakeholders to support Retail business objectives.

Requires 3+ years in database operations, MS SQL stack expertise, and a degree in IT/CS. We offer a hybrid work model with strong learning and development support.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years demonstrated experience in Database Systems Operations.
• Experience with MS SQL HA, SSIS, SSAS, PowerBI/SSRS, PowerShell, and T-SQL.

Responsibilities

• Install, administer, maintain, monitor, and secure database systems.
• Develop, implement, and maintain database processes within Enterprise Operations.
• Improve database standards, policies, and performance.
• Design and document new product offerings and internal tools with strong cybersecurity.
• Collaborate with internal customers to deliver high-quality end-user experiences.
