Job summary

Ausbiz Consulting in Sydney seeks an experienced Analyst Programmer to lead end-to-end data warehousing implementations, enhancements and support for cloud-based solutions.

You will design, develop and optimize ETL processes, write complex SQL and relational queries, and mentor junior team members while collaborating with stakeholders across BI, data and analytics functions.

Experience with Redshift and Netezza, and with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau or Cognos, is highly valued in this role.

Qualifications

• Degree in computer science or relevant field.
• Relevant work experience is desirable.
• Proficiency in Java, XML, SQL and PL/SQL.
• Knowledge of relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server) is preferred.
• Experience with JIRA and Confluence is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform ETL transformation processes and write complex SQLs across databases (Redshift, Netezza).
• Create interactive reports and dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, Cognos and OLAP tools.
• End-to-end implementation, enhancement and migration of data warehousing projects.
• Analyze requirements and develop technical designs.
• Design, code, test and install applications across multiple platforms.
