Job summary

Aware Super is seeking a senior data leader to own end-to-end data strategy for our Workday implementation and related platforms. You’ll operate at the intersection of architecture, delivery and governance, ensuring data is accurate, scalable, secure and future-ready.

You will lead enterprise data migration, design models across HCM, Payroll and Finance, establish governance and enable reporting and analytics with Workday Prism and BI tools. Strong stakeholder engagement is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in data architecture, modelling and integration.
• Proven track record delivering data streams in large-scale transformations.
• Expertise in data migration, ETL and governance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead data strategy and architecture across Workday and integrated systems.
• Design logical and physical data models for HCM, Payroll and Finance.
• Define data standards, governance and quality frameworks.
• Enable enterprise reporting and analytics through Workday Prism and BI tools.
• Own end-to-end data migration strategy, mapping, transformation and reconciliation.
• Guide ETL design and execution from legacy systems to Workday.
• Drive secure, scalable data flows and alignment with business outcomes.
• Embed governance, risk and compliance across stakeholders.
