Clear Destination Inc. is seeking a Data Reporting Analyst to join our Commercial team in Australia. You will generate key reports, perform data analysis, and contribute to insights that drive business decisions.

You will develop dashboards, ensure data quality, and support AI initiatives, including tooling like Claude. 1–2 years of related experience and strong SQL, Excel, and Power BI skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ experience in related field.
• SQL knowledge essential for querying databases and basic manipulations.
• Excel proficiency for pivot tables, calculations and charts.
• Power BI dashboards including data modelling and visualisations.
• Understanding of data warehousing and ETL processes.
• Comfort with AI tools (Claude, Copilot) in a business context.

Responsibilities

• Develop new and improved regular performance reports and dashboards based on business requirements.
• Deliver accurate data and regular reports to the business within agreed timelines.
• Setup and maintain AI tool usage for business insights.
• Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities via data visualization.
• Assist in data cleaning, preparation, and validation for accuracy.
• Support AI transformation projects within the business.
• Maintain reporting hierarchies and administrative processes of existing systems.
• Stay up-to-date with latest data analysis tools and best practices.
