You will act as a subject matter expert, mentor junior analysts, and drive efficiency through process improvements. The position offers a contract of 2 months with likely extension, location in Redmond, WA or Burlingame, CA, and a pay rate of $30/hour.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in the tech industry.
• Ability to follow instructions and guidelines with a detail-oriented approach.
• Great communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct large-scale reviews of annotations to determine quality and importance of data.
• Become a subject matter expert and thought leader on your workflow, using policies and judgment to make final decisions.
• Oversee, train, and mentor Data Quality Analysts I to strengthen team performance and consistency.
• Seek out and implement process improvements that increase productivity and efficiency.
• Run training and calibration sessions with vendors, reviewing weekly data quality reports and materials.
