As the Country Data Privacy Leader for IKEA Australia & New Zealand, you'll be responsible for implementing the Data Privacy strategy in the market. This includes driving compliance with relevant internal steering documents and regulatory requirements in Data Privacy within the country organisation to protect the brand. You will operationalise Privacy by Design procedures and embed a Privacy by Design culture in the market. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
You are passionate about creating a secure digital experience, bringing a proactive approach to data privacy. You have a solid understanding of privacy by design, knowing how to operationalise it within a local market, and broad knowledge of potential information risks for our organisation, co-workers, customers, and suppliers, along with effective mitigation strategies. You are familiar with IKEA's business processes, governance structures, IT solutions at Ingka, and proven experience with risk management are key. You are confident leading Data Privacy requirements, providing expert guidance to stakeholders, coordinating diverse activities, and act with integrity and discretion as a trusted business partner. You are a strong and adaptable communicator, and you can effectively interpret technical security audits.
