Job summary

Elysium Digital is seeking a Data Practice Lead to own and grow the data consulting practice within our Strategy & Advisory business. You will lead major data engagements, stay hands-on where needed, and shape offerings, methodologies and pipelines to deliver measurable client value.

You will combine strategic leadership with practical delivery oversight, working across governance, architecture and analytics platforms, while building strong executive relationships and developing the team.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience delivering data strategy, governance, architecture and implementation in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Led a consulting practice, capability or service line or held senior responsibility for growth and revenue.
• Proven record in winning work: shaping opportunities, proposals and RFQs, with revenue ownership.
• Leverages professional networks to generate opportunities and visibility in the market.
• Credible across executive strategy conversations to delivery detail with engineers and CIOs.
• Knows DAMA DMBoK and can apply it pragmatically.
• Knowledge of leading data/analytics platforms (e.g., Fabric, Databricks, Snowflake, Tableau) and AI impact.

Responsibilities

• Set the direction and growth of Elysium’s data practice, standards and capabilities.
• Lead and stay hands-on on the delivery of significant data engagements across strategy, governance, architecture and implementation.
• Build pipeline through networks, client relationships and sales channels to sustain the practice.
• Develop and expand data service offerings, accelerators and reference architectures for engagements.
• Provide authoritative data strategy and advisory services tailored to each client’s context.
• Guide design and delivery of data platforms in collaboration with the technical practice.
• Engage senior stakeholders and act as senior point of contact and escalation.
• Grow the team through recruitment, mentoring and capability development.
• Collaborate across strategy, design, architecture, AI and delivery for multidisciplinary outcomes.
