Job summary

Elysium Digital partners with government and private sector organisations to harness data value. We are seeking a Data Practice Lead to own and grow the data consulting practice, sit within Strategy & Advisory, and collaborate with our technical practice to ensure grounded, realizable delivery.

You will lead major data engagements, balance billable work with leadership responsibilities, and shape the practice’s direction, services and commercial performance for sustained client impact.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering data strategy, governance, architecture and implementation in complex, multi‑stakeholder environments; government sector experience highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Lead our data engagements across strategy, governance, architecture and implementation, remaining hands‑on to keep delivery judgment sharp.
• Build pipeline and convert opportunities into sustained work for the practice.
• Develop and expand our data services portfolio, including methodologies, accelerators, reference architectures and reusable collateral.
• Provide authoritative advice on data strategy, governance models, data management and analytics readiness tailored to each client.
• Guide design and delivery of data platforms and solutions, shaping architecture decisions and delivery approach.
