Karbon seeks a Data & Analytics Manager to grow a high-performing team that balances efficiency with excellence. You will coach engineers, adopt AI-assisted tooling, and collaborate with Product, Design, and Support to deliver a scalable data platform.

You will manage complex data warehousing efforts across multi-cloud environments, uphold engineering practices, and drive metrics-driven improvements while maintaining a healthy, blameless culture.

Qualifications

• Senior+ IC experience before moving into management.
• 2+ years experience in Engineering Management.
• Proven record leading teams to improve quality and speed.
• Depth in distributed systems and data integrity at scale.
• Experience in large-scale, multi-cloud data warehousing migrations.
• Degree in CS or equivalent experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead a high-performing team with coaching and development plans.
• Partner with Product and Design to translate goals into a plan and Scrum cadence.
• Grow multi-million dollar product while improving platform stability.
• Balance new work, enhancements, bugs and technical debt with sound judgment.
• Promote strong development practices and AI-enabled engineering.
