Insignia Financial is seeking a Data Platform Engineer to help build and enhance modern, scalable data platforms that empower analytics and better business outcomes across the enterprise. You will work on data pipelines and cloud infrastructure, contributing to automation and platform performance.

You'll collaborate with business, analytics and technology teams, grow technically, and thrive in a supportive environment that values knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

• Curious, collaborative and passionate about data engineering and cloud technologies.
• Experience designing, building and supporting scalable data platforms, pipelines and processing solutions.
• Strong Python and/or Java development skills for scalable data solutions.
• Knowledge of data modelling, data warehousing, batch and streaming processing and DevOps.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

We’re looking for a Data Platform Engineer to join us on our journey to build and enhance modern, scalable data platforms that empower analytics, insights and better business outcomes across the enterprise. Working across modern data engineering technologies, you'll contribute to large-scale data solutions that support teams across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, enhance and support cloud-based data platforms, pipelines and data warehouse solutions

• Develop and improve automated data processing, CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure solutions using modern data engineering tools and practices
• Partner with business, analytics and technology teams to understand requirements and deliver scalable, reliable solutions

What You Will Bring

You'll Bring

• Experience in Data Engineering, Software Engineering or a similar technical discipline
• Hands-on experience designing, building and supporting scalable data platforms, pipelines and data processing solutions
• Strong Python and/or Java development skills, with experience building scalable data solutions
• Knowledge of data modelling, data warehousing, batch and streaming data processing, along with modern DevOps practices
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
