Job summary

Insignia Financial is looking for a Data Platform Engineer to build and enhance modern, scalable data platforms across the enterprise. You will contribute to large-scale data solutions, supporting analytics and business outcomes through cloud-based pipelines and data warehouse offerings.

Qualifications

• Experience in Data Engineering or Software Engineering.
• Hands-on experience building scalable data platforms, pipelines and data processing solutions.
• Strong Python and/or Java development skills.
• Knowledge of data modelling, data warehousing, batch and streaming processing, plus modern DevOps practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

You'll bring:

• Experience in Data Engineering, Software Engineering or a similar technical discipline
• Hands-on experience designing, building and supporting scalable data platforms, pipelines and data processing solutions
• Strong Python and/or Java development skills, with experience building scalable data solutions
• Knowledge of data modelling, data warehousing, batch and streaming data processing, along with modern DevOps practices
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
