Job summary

NAPCo is seeking a seasoned Data & IT Manager to shape and execute the company’s data and IT strategy across finance transformation, governance, and AI adoption.

You will oversee enterprise systems, security, and outsourced providers, while partnering with business teams to streamline processes and deliver pragmatic technology solutions. This role blends strategic direction with hands‑on delivery in a geographically dispersed business.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience in data, technology, or IT leadership.
• Experience leading enterprise data & technology initiatives including digital transformation and AI adoption.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies, cloud platforms, networking, and security.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver NAPCo’s Data & IT Strategy, including finance transformation, cyber security, AI adoption and technology priorities.
• Strengthen data governance, architecture, integration, and reporting via the Data Warehouse, Microsoft Fabric, and Power BI.
• Oversee enterprise platforms, services, infrastructure, cybersecurity, DR, and regulatory compliance.
