Job summary

Plan International Australia is seeking a Data & Intelligence Manager to own data, analytics, knowledge and intelligence that powers our Girls Rise strategy. You will lead a small team and partner across fundraising, programs, finance and impact to ensure trustworthy, accessible data for human and AI use.

You will drive data governance, quality, reporting, and knowledge management while shaping our data warehouse and integration architecture.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in data management, analytics or business intelligence in mission-driven contexts.
• Led data governance, quality frameworks and reporting across an organisation.
• Strong technical capability across data warehousing, analytics platforms and data integration.
• Experience with CRM data (Salesforce) and supporter/fundraising analytics.
• Practical understanding of AI and automation applied to data with ethical use.
• Experience in knowledge management or information architecture.
• People leadership experience with staff development.

Responsibilities

• Lead data strategy, governance, and quality across the organisation.
• Oversee analytics, dashboards and reporting to inform fundraising and programs.
• Shape data infrastructure and warehouse architecture with cross-functional teams.
• Develop knowledge management to make information findable and AI-ready.
• Coach and develop the Data Analyst and foster a collaborative team culture.
