Job summary

Queensland Health’s North West Hospital and Health Service seeks a Data Integrity and Performance Officer to provide high-level data, performance, audit and information management support across the MHAOD service. You’ll analyse data, monitor performance, coordinate audits and strengthen data quality while assisting CIMHA administration and user guidance.

Based in Mount Isa, you’ll collaborate with leadership, clinical and corporate teams to drive improvements in service delivery and governance,

Qualifications

• High-level data, performance, audit and information management knowledge.
• Ability to analyse data and translate into insights for leadership and committees.
• Experience supporting clinical governance and service planning processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and analyse data from information systems to deliver reporting and insights.
• Lead audits, evaluations and performance activities for continuous improvement.
• Act as CIMHA system administrator, supporting staff and ensuring data quality.
