Job summary

North West Hospital and Health Service in Mount Isa is seeking a Data Integrity and Performance Officer to support the MHAOD service. You will analyse data, monitor performance, coordinate audits and strengthen data quality across teams.

You will also administer CIMHA, guiding clinicians on documentation and information management requirements. You will work with leadership to deliver accurate reporting and meaningful insights, contributing to continuous improvement and professional development

Qualifications

• Provide high-level data, performance, audit and information management support across MHAOD services.
• Coordinate data quality initiatives and support documentation standards.
• Assist leadership with data-driven insights and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and analyse data from key information systems to deliver reporting and insights.
• Lead audit, evaluation and performance activities to identify trends and risks.
• Act as CIMHA system administrator, providing staff with guidance and data quality monitoring.
