Job summary

NCS Australia is seeking a Data Product Manager to lead data governance and data management initiatives across the enterprise. The role partners with business and technical teams to identify and mitigate data risks, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver scalable data management solutions that support organisational objectives.

You will contribute to data management strategy, manage delivery of data initiatives in an Agile environment, monitor control effectiveness, and champion data literacy

Qualifications

• Experience in data management, governance, analytics, or technology-focused environments.
• Proven experience working within Agile delivery environments and contributing to the successful delivery of data-related initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across business and technology teams.
• Knowledge of privacy, regulatory, and compliance requirements relating to data management is highly regarded.
• Knowledge of Australian privacy regulations, including the Privacy Act and Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).
