TAFE SA in Adelaide (Kaurna Country) is seeking a Data Entry Officer to join the administrative team. The role focuses on accurate data entry and basic admin tasks to support education programs for students, businesses and clients. Daily, you may assist lecturers and teams with data-related needs.
A WWCC is required; prior experience with databases, email, Microsoft 365, Excel and Word is valued. This full-time, long-term contract runs until 30 June 2027 with ASO2 salary range $66,442–$69,504
The Data Entry Officer is responsible for carrying out a variety of basic administrative tasks, with a focus on data entry, to assist in the smooth delivery of education programs to students, businesses and other clients. Daily, the Data Entry Officer may assist lecturers and TAFE SA teams with their data-related needs. The role is part of a larger administrative team, working together to ensure that all data entry tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
A valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) issued by the South Australian Department of Human Services is required before employment.
