Job summary

CareCone Group is seeking a skilled Data Engineer to join our hybrid team, focused on Salesforce Data Cloud and Databricks platforms. You will design, build, test, and deploy end-to-end data pipelines powering personalised experiences at scale.

You will collaborate with DevOps, Data Architects, and operations to ensure reliable, governed data flows across batch and real-time channels, while documenting solutions and supporting deployment across environments.

Qualifications

• Hands-on data engineering in enterprise environments (3–5+ years).
• Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, including DMO/DSO development.
• Experience with Databricks and UDP environments (batch/streaming).
• Proficient in SQL and Python for pipelines.
• Experience across Dev/SIT/UAT/Prod with change governance.
• Ability to write clear technical docs and runbooks.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and deploy data pipelines and ingestion solutions.
• Develop and maintain Data Model Objects and Data Stream Objects in SFDC360.
• Configure identity resolution rulesets and unified contact profiles.
• Support deployments across Dev, SIT, UAT, pre-prod, and prod environments.
• Collaborate with DevOps, Data Architects, and operations for reliability.
• Maintain data dictionaries and attribute mappings.
• Deliver cross-platform data integration and governance.
