Job summary

CareCone Group is seeking a versatile Data Engineer to join our team, operating across Salesforce Data Cloud and Databricks (Unified Data Platform). The role blends data engineering, solution build, and platform integration in a hybrid work setting.

You will design, build, test, and deploy data pipelines and ingestion solutions powering personalised experiences at scale across batch and real-time channels, collaborating with DevOps, data architects, and analytics teams.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years hands-on data engineering in a complex enterprise environment.
• Experienced with Salesforce Data Cloud including DMO/DSO development and deployment lifecycle.
• Strong knowledge of Databricks, data lake, and pipeline orchestration.

Responsibilities

• Design and build DMOs/DSOs and source-to-model mapping in Salesforce Data Cloud (SFDC360).
• Develop and maintain data offload solutions between Data Cloud and upstream/downstream platforms.
• Configure Identity Resolution rulesets and unified contact profiles in Data Cloud.
• Support deployments across Dev, SIT, UAT, pre-prod, and prod with plans, docs, and validation.
• Collaborate with DevOps, Data Architects, and operations for end-to-end pipeline reliability.
