Job summary

Kinetic is expanding its Data & Analytics team in Melbourne, building and operating enterprise data platforms and warehousing solutions. This hands-on Data Engineer role focuses on large datasets, scalable pipelines, and trusted data across the business.

We seek a data engineer early in their career with cloud experience, strong problem solving, and the motivation to improve data quality and reliability for business decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience building ELT/ETL pipelines and working with SQL.
• Understanding of data warehousing and database management principles.
• Experience with Azure Data Factory and/or Synapse Analytics.

Responsibilities

• Support the ongoing development and operation of Kinetic's enterprise data platforms.
• Design, build and maintain scalable data pipelines.
• Develop and support data warehousing solutions within Microsoft Azure.
• Manage data ingestion, transformation and integration processes.
