Job summary

World360 Rewards seeks a Data Analyst and Engineer to build data pipelines, model data, and deliver insights for loyalty programs. You will ensure data quality and governance, collaborate with tech and business teams, and drive data-driven decisions with scalable architectures.

You will analyse loyalty KPIs, develop reporting assets, and optimise data infrastructure to support daily operations and strategic initiatives across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 4+ years' experience delivering analytics solutions, ideally within retail or customer-facing environments.
• Databricks and Azure certifications are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot data-related issues and implement solutions to maintain smooth operations.
• Ensure data accuracy, quality, consistency, and governance compliance.
• Champion data-driven thinking across loyalty, brand, and business teams.
• Create and implement data models to support analytics needs.
• Optimise data infrastructure and processes for performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with technology teams to support automation and data value.
• Integrate data from internal and external systems for a unified view.
• Partner with stakeholders to support data-driven decisions and performance.
• Analyse and report loyalty metrics and KPIs such as LTV, earn rates, and redemptions.
• Develop reporting assets and frameworks for actionable insights across programs.
• Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines for ETL to data lakes/lakehouses.
