Job summary

Xero is seeking a Data & Analytics Enablement Lead (Self-Service Enablement Lead) to define how Finance, HR, Legal and Workplace teams find, understand and act on data. You will set the enablement roadmap, define the guardrails that make self-service safe, and design the ways of working that let a G&A team answer its own questions.

Qualifications

• Proven track record designing and running enablement or change programs that shift data usage.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders across functions like Finance and HR.
• Experience with modern analytics stacks including SQL, cloud warehouses, dbt and Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Design and run enablement programs that improve self-service data use.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to embed data into planning and decision forums.
• Define enablement roadmap, guardrails and naming conventions for analytics.
• Mentor analysts and business users to lift capability across the community.
