Job summary

Eagers Automotive's PCM Hub is seeking a motivated Customer Service & Data Officer to support the day-to-day management of our dealership requests across Australia. You will triage inquiries via email or phone, assist with marketing campaign audience and parameter setup, and help with data privacy and CRM tasks.

This role demands excellent attention to detail, strong organisational and time-management skills, and experience with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Inbound customer service experience in an administrative or similar role.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A proactive and solutions-focused approach to work.
• Experience with CRM systems, Asana or other customer databases will be highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Liaising with dealerships and internal stakeholders to resolve requests via email and/or phone.
• Assisting with marketing campaign audience and parameter setup.
• Supporting customer privacy and data compliance enquiries.
• Ensuring data integrity and adherence to company processes.
• Processing data extract requests and CRM administration tasks.
