Job summary

Amazon's AWS Infrastructure Operations – Physical Security is seeking exceptional Project Security Officers to manage and deliver project security on a forthcoming data centre project. These roles are site-based and focus on aligning with the project security plan and client requirements.

The role requires Australian citizenship or eligibility for government clearance, with the ability to obtain an Organisational Suitability Assessment.

Qualifications

• Must be Australian citizen and eligible for Australian Government Security Clearance.
• Ability to obtain Organisational Suitability Assessment.
• Experience in construction security oversight or related field is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the AWS primary security liaison with Regional Security Manager and client reps.
• Provide security oversight during construction to ensure fit-for-purpose facilities.
• Document and track security issues and incidents per the Security Response Plan.
• Monitor compliance with project security requirements and mitigate risks.
