Qualifications

• Current NSW Security License is required.
• First Aid and CPR Certificate required.
• Data Centre Security experience is desirable.
• Excellent communication skills and customer service experience are essential.

Responsibilities

• Conduct security screening of personnel entering and exiting restricted areas.
• Ensure compliance with Security Procedures & Policies.
• Identify prohibited items and control access in restricted zones.
• Issue and audit visitor and contractor badges per policies.
• Raise/modify Access Requests using client software.
• Escalate and report incidents; provide daily activity reports in writing.
• Patrol assigned areas and report issues to the regional control room.
