Job summary

Ampcontrol is expanding its data centre and mission-critical infrastructure business. We seek a seasoned Business Development Manager to drive strategic growth, win new opportunities, and strengthen partnerships with owners, operators and consultants.

You'll lead go-to-market strategies, identify emerging opportunities, and collaborate with engineering, delivery and leadership to shape long-term success in this fast-growing sector.

Qualifications

• Proven success in business development and account management.
• Established network within data centre or digital infrastructure sectors.
• Strong strategic thinking and market development capability.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth strategies for Ampcontrol's data centre business.
• Identify, qualify and win new opportunities while expanding existing accounts.
• Build partnerships with data centre owners, operators and technology partners.
• Drive opportunities across new builds, upgrades and critical power projects.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline and CRM records with accurate forecasting.
