Job summary

CDC Data Centres Pty in Australia is seeking a Contract Administrator to oversee end-to-end contractual administration of subcontractors and major suppliers across large construction projects.

You will manage variations, progress claims, and financial tracking, liaise with stakeholders, and ensure compliance with client contracts and company policies. An Australian citizenship with ability to obtain and maintain a NV1 Security Clearance is preferred.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of Excel with strong data handling skills.
• Experience as Contracts Administrator or Quantity Surveyor on large projects.
• Proven ability to prepare contract agreements and analyse terms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across stakeholders.
• Ability to influence, negotiate and resolve conflicts while meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Monitor contract obligations, milestones and payments.
• Procure subcontractors and negotiate commercial terms.
