Oracle is seeking a Site Lead for its Data Center operations in Ryde, NSW. You will act as the technical liaison between technology teams and the Data Center Environment, maintaining operational run aspects and troubleshooting infrastructure issues.

You will monitor logs and ticket queues, drive small projects, document technologies, and seek automation to simplify processes while collaborating with colocation partners and internal teams.

Responsabilités

• Act as the technical liaison between technology teams and the Data Center Environment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues and monitor system logs and ticket queues.
• Plan and execute small projects with manager oversight and plan larger local projects.
• Create and maintain documentation on supported technologies and SOPs.
• Collaborate with internal teams and colocation partners to validate electrical/mechanical systems.
