Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience supporting 24x7 data center operations
• Experience with electrical and mechanical infrastructure systems
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause investigation skills
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficient with CMMS, DCIM, BMS and Microsoft tools

Responsibilities

• Execute and coordinate 24x7 data center operations, including maintenance and repair of mission-critical equipment and systems
• Support electrical and mechanical infrastructure maintenance per manufacturer recommendations and standards
• Manage contractors, service providers, and vendors to ensure safe, efficient, and quality delivery
• Develop, review, audit MOPs, SOPs, EOPs, sequences of operations, and maintenance standards
• Interface with BMS, CMMS, DCIM and other systems to improve performance and energy efficiency
• Conduct inspections and root-cause troubleshooting; report on performance, PUE, and site metrics
• Promote OH&S compliance and safe working environment with permit-to-work controls
