Data Architect

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable and efficient data architecture strategies to support analytics and data management initiatives
• Develop data models and maintain metadata to ensure consistent and accessible data across the organization
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to understand data requirements and facilitate data integration efforts
• Evaluate and recommend data storage technologies, tools, and platforms to enhance data processing capabilities
• Ensure data governance and data quality by establishing best practices and standards for data management

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Data Architect or in a similar role, focusing on data architecture and management
• Strong understanding of database technologies (SQL and NoSQL), data modeling, and ETL processes
• Familiarity with data warehousing solutions and big data technologies
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for data storage and processing
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
