Job summary

NAB is seeking a Principal Data Scientist in Melbourne to lead the Analytics, Fin Crime & Fraud team and drive high-value data solutions. You will direct ML model development and deployment while engaging senior stakeholders to translate complex data challenges into practical outcomes.

You’ll partner with data SMEs, shape insights with clear frameworks, and promote automation and cloud-based analytics across NAB’s platforms to deliver customer-centric outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience leading data science teams.
• Proven ability to present complex insights to peers and stakeholders.
• Strong ETL and data modelling skills.
• Proficiency with cloud data platforms (Databricks, AWS, Azure or GCP).
