Icon Group is seeking an experienced Data & Analytics Engineer in Melbourne to shape and grow our data capability. This hands-on role offers ownership, autonomy and real impact across the data landscape, not just a single component.

You'll work across data engineering, warehousing, Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, AI and automation to turn complex data into practical business insights. Join a collaborative team building robust data foundations.

Qualifications

Hands-on data engineering and warehousing experience.
Experience building data pipelines and ETL processes.
Strong SQL and data platforms knowledge.
Ability to work independently and own outcomes.

Responsibilities

Design, build and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes.
Support development of data warehouse and broader data environment.
Develop scalable data solutions that improve data quality, accessibility and reliability.
Build reporting, dashboards and analytics solutions using Power BI.
Contribute to the continued development of our Microsoft Fabric environment
Work with stakeholders across the business to understand requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
Identify opportunities to improve processes through automation, AI and emerging technologies.
Build on our existing data foundations while bringing your own ideas and technical expertise to the role.
Work across a diverse Group environment with exposure to a broad range of business and operational data.
