This part-time Data Analyst (Entry / Junior) role at Magno Human Resources Laboratory is a hybrid position based in Melbourne, VIC, with a mix of on-site and work-from-home tasks. The role involves collecting, cleaning, and organizing data from internal systems and external sources to support human resources and business insights. The Data Analyst will assist in building basic reports and dashboards, performing statistical analyses, and supporting data modeling activities under the guidance of more senior team members. Day-to-day responsibilities include validating data quality, documenting methodologies, preparing clear summaries of findings, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs. The role also involves contributing to internal process improvements, maintaining accurate records, and learning new tools and techniques to enhance analytics capability.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and foundational Data Analytics capabilities for interpreting datasets and identifying trends.
