Job summary

Australian College of Rural and Remote Medicine (ACRRM) is seeking a Data Analyst to transform complex datasets into actionable insights across trainee data, surveys, membership and transactions. You will build dashboards, generate regular reporting, and support data-driven decisions for rural healthcare initiatives.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, ensure data quality and security, and contribute to our data strategy while communicating findings to both technical and non‑technical

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field is required.
• 2+ years in a data-driven role within a similar environment.
• Strong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation.
• Proficiency in R; Python is a plus and encouraged to learn R.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends and insights.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI and Quarto.
• Respond to data requests and deliver timely insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet business needs.
