Job Description

Phillip Riley are looking for an experienced Data Analyst to join our team in NSW. As our Data Analyst you will gather, process, analyze and interpret data using data analytical tools. You will communicate findings through reports and data visualisations, such as charts and infographics.

Some of your main tasks will be to:

• Set up processes to securely collect, store, process and validate data
• Evaluate the accuracy and reliability of data
• Analyse and interpret data to produce relevant statistics to describe and infer trends and patterns, solve problems and answer data-related queries
• Apply data analytics and visualisation techniques to gain business insights
• Prepare presentations and/or write reports to communicate findings and support strategic decision-making
• Implement and/or follow data management processes to ensure data is used ethically and in compliance with data governance standards and strategies
• May write custom scripts and code in programming language to conduct analytical tasks
