Job summary

CIMIC is seeking a Data Analyst to join the People & Culture team in Sydney. You will ensure workforce data accuracy, support month-end ingestion, and enhance data models using Microsoft Fabric to enable trusted analytics and reporting.

The role emphasizes standardising data definitions, communicating complex concepts to stakeholders, and continuously improving data processes in a leading construction and infrastructure group.

Qualifications

• Experience with workforce data, reporting, analytics or data engineering concepts.
• Strong SQL, Python and data modelling skills.
• Exposure to Microsoft Fabric, data ingestion pipelines and business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Strong problem-solving, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement, automation and emerging technologies and AI.

Responsibilities

What you will do

Ensure workforce data is accurate, reconciled and ready for reporting by managing recurring data preparation and quality processes.

What you will bring
