Job summary

BDO Australia is seeking a data and AI delivery professional to work with client teams on data strategy, governance and hands-on data platforms. You’ll contribute to strategy, regulatory considerations and governance while building data pipelines, models and AI solutions in real projects.

You will lead workstreams, mentor juniors and collaborate with cross-functional teams across industries, ERP/CRM landscapes and cloud platforms to deliver tangible client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience with data strategies, pipelines, architecture and modelling.
• Proven track record leading workstreams and mentoring juniors.
• Experience across multiple industries and quick sector adaption.
• Knowledge of ERP, HCM, CRM, integration platforms and cloud data.
• Ability to design technical assessments and provide recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Define data strategy and governance components for client engagements.
• Build data pipelines and quality controls for analytics work.
• Develop AI readiness assessments and governance frameworks.
• Create proofs of concept and AI/analytics solutions.
• Collaborate with client teams and SI partners during delivery.
