Job summary

Pacific Talent Partners is seeking a Managing Director (Data & AI) for a premier technology consulting and professional services firm in Sydney. You will hold full P&L and operational accountability for a substantial, multi-capability portfolio, acting as the primary commercial driver to lead enterprise engagements and growth.

You will lead a large delivery organization, shape go-to-market and partner ecosystems, and advise C-suite leaders on data and AI strategies while ensuring delivery

Qualifications

• Extensive P&L ownership and revenue growth track record.
• Experience selling to CIO/CTO and managing enterprise deals.
• Background in Tier-1 consulting or Big 4/advisory with data/AI focus.

Responsibilities

• Hold full P&L accountability for the practice and drive growth.
• Lead enterprise engagements and complex sales cycles with cross-functional teams.
• Manage a large delivery organization with focus on quality and client outcomes.
• Build and leverage strategic data/AI partnerships and alliances.
• Advise C-suite executives on market evolution and AI/data governance.
