TABCORP seeks a Governance Manager for Data, AI and Privacy to enhance enterprise accountability and governance maturity across technology and regulatory landscapes. You will collaborate with senior leaders to shape governance strategies that scale across the organisation, aligning data, AI and privacy obligations with business goals.

You will lead forums, report on risks and trends, and drive practical actions through complex environments while partnering with risk, privacy and business teams

Competenze

• Experienced in governance, risk or information management disciplines.
• Proven ability influencing senior stakeholders and leaders.
• Strong capability developing governance frameworks and accountability.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into practical actions.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and executive reporting skills.
• Experience driving organisational change and uplift initiatives.
