Job summary

Skytrans Australia is seeking an experienced Direct Entry Captain to operate on regional routes and be based at Cairns Airport. You will join a safety-focused flight crew delivering high standards across RPT services in a dynamic environment.

The role requires an Australian ATPL (A), 2000 hours total flight time with 750 PIC hours in multi-engine aircraft, and a DHC-8 type rating is desirable. Ongoing training and career progression are offered.

Qualifications

• Australian ATPL (A) license required.
• Total flight time at least 2000 hours.
• 750 hours PIC in multi-engine aircraft.
• DHC-8 Type Rating desirable.
• CASA Class 1 Medical Certificate.
• English language proficiency level 6.
• Australian Multi-Engine Instrument Rating with IAP2D and IAP3D.
• Ability to obtain ASIC.

Requirements

• Australian ATPL (A)

• 750 hours as pilot in command of multi-engine aircraft
• Type Rating DHC8 desirable
• CASA Class 1 Aviation Medical Certificate
• English Language Proficiency Level 6
• Australian Multi-Engine Instrument Rating with IAP2D and IAP3D
• The ability to obtain an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC)
