Job summary

Red Rooster in Darwin seeks a dynamic leader to drive the performance and growth of our restaurant network, delivering new store openings and ongoing operational excellence across the region. You will partner with Restaurant Managers, Franchise Partners and cross-functional teams to optimise sales, profitability and guest experience, blending hands-on leadership with strategic coaching for durable growth.

Qualifications

• Proven multi-site leadership experience in QSR, hospitality, retail or fast casual environments.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, labour and P&L performance.
• Experience recruiting, developing and leading high-performing operational teams.
• Ability to balance hands-on operational leadership with coaching and consulting responsibilities.
• Demonstrated success leading new store openings or large-scale operational change.

Responsibilities

• Lead Darwin restaurant network performance, standards and growth, including new store openings.
• Coach Restaurant Managers and Franchise Partners to improve sales, profitability and operational results.
• Review sales, labour, food costs, customer metrics and store performance; implement improvement plans.
• Drive best practices and consistent execution of promotions and initiatives across the network.
• Lead new store openings from pre-opening planning through launch and stabilization; coordinate site readiness and launch activities.
• Recruit, train and develop Restaurant Managers, Assistant Managers and Shift Supervisors; build capable leadership teams.
• Manage sales, labour, cost of goods and profitability outcomes; monitor customer feedback and guest experience; forecast and plan for growth.
