Job summary

CatholicCare NT invites applications for the NDIS Coordinator of Supports in Darwin. The role focuses on helping participants understand funded supports, linking to community and government services, and building skills for greater independence.

You'll work with families to ensure a balanced mix of supports, with qualifications in psychology, social work, welfare studies or related fields, and at least two years' community services experience. Relocation support is available.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualifications in Psychology, Social Work, Welfare Studies or Men’s Family Violence with substantial experience.
• Minimum 2 years experience in community services delivering services to Indigenous and non-Indigenous participants.
• Experience in psychosocial support is desirable.
• Demonstrated organisational and coordination skills; ability to prioritise, manage workloads and meet deadlines.
• Intermediate computer skills and data entry experience.

Responsibilities

• Support participants to understand and implement funded supports.
• Link participants to community, mainstream and other government services.
• Help participants build skills and independence.
• Work with families to balance supports for capacity building and inclusion.
