HWLE Lawyers in Darwin seeks a Litigation Partner to lead a growing disputes practice within a national platform. You will advise government agencies, major institutions and clients across a broad range of contentious matters, guiding a team with support from the firm’s national network.

We seek an established partner or senior practitioner ready to step into partnership, offering a lifestyle change without compromising on the quality or scale of work.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership capability and experience.
• Experience managing matters and clients across a range of contentious issues.
• A commercial mindset and commitment to delivering exceptional client outcomes.
• The ability to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative Partnership.
• Exposure to the Northern Territory jurisdiction would be advantageous, but is not essential.
