Qualifications

• 2+ years PAE in commercial litigation or equivalent experience.
• Strong advocacy and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage matters independently while working with a team.
• Experience advising/representing clients in high-stakes disputes.

Responsibilities

• Handle a diverse range of commercial litigation matters and dispute resolution.
• Assist with medical negligence disputes and other listed matters.
• Advise on workers' compensation and regulatory investigations as needed.
• Contribute to banking, finance, construction, and estate dispute work.
• Collaborate with national network and direct client access.
