Job summary

Alliance Airlines is seeking a Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (B1/B2) to perform compliant maintenance and certification tasks for our fleet in Darwin. You will handle aircraft systems, inspections, and documentation while upholding safety and quality standards.

The role requires a CASA Part 66 licence with B1/B2 ratings, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work autonomously and with a team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Current CASA Part 66 licence with B1 and/or B2 ratings.
• Proven experience as an AME in aviation or airline maintenance environment.
• Experience on aircraft types maintained by the AMO is desirable.
• Strong communication skills for independent and teamwork.
• High attention to detail and safety compliance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and maintenance documentation.

Responsibilities

• Carry out and certify maintenance on aircraft systems.
• Perform inspections for regulatory and company standards compliance.
• Accurately complete maintenance documentation and timesheets.
• Report defects promptly and communicate with supervisors.
• Conduct aircraft ground handling, towing and engine runs as authorised.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant work environment.
