Job summary

CC Pines is seeking a Leading Hand to join our Darwin project. You will lead a small crew on-site, coordinating daily work while staying hands-on with trades. This role links the crew with the Foreman to ensure work is delivered safely, to spec, and on schedule.

You will bring 3–5+ years of trade experience, a current White Card, and strong communication to mentor others and uphold safety standards on site.

Qualifications

• Trade qualification and 3–5+ years hands-on experience.
• Current White Card and relevant licences.
• Good communication and leadership ability.

Responsibilities

• Leading and coordinating a small crew's day-to-day work on-site
• Working hands-on alongside your crew, not just directing from the sidelines
• Organising tools, materials and daily tasks to keep the work moving
• Supporting site safety, quality and environmental standards within your crew
• Identifying issues or risks early and flagging them to the Foreman or Site Manager
• Keeping accurate records of work completed and reporting progress up the chain
• Mentoring less experienced tradespeople within your crew
