Qualifications

• 10+ years in construction project delivery and operational leadership.
• Extensive experience in commercial building environments.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, teams and resources.
• Track record of driving operational performance and business outcomes.
• Strong contract administration and financial management skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and client relationships.
• Solid understanding of WHSEQ in construction.
• Experience budgeting and forecasting.
• Current driver's licence and White Card.

Responsibilities

• Lead project delivery teams across the Northern Territory.
• Drive operational performance and resource utilisation.
• Oversee budgets, financial performance and commercial reporting.
• Support procurement, contract administration and planning.
• Build strong client, subcontractor and stakeholder relationships.
• Lead workforce planning, recruitment and succession planning.
• Foster coaching, mentorship and continuous improvement.
• Monitor WHSEQ performance and uphold safety culture.
• Identify growth opportunities and contribute to strategic planning.
• Ensure projects meet contractual obligations and company standards.
