RecruitShop is helping a Melbourne-based dance academy recruit a friendly Studio Coordinator. You will be the first point of contact for students and families, delivering exceptional customer service and handling day-to-day studio operations.

The role involves supporting teachers, managing class logistics, uniforms and inventory, and performing admin tasks to keep the studio running smoothly. Flexible hours and ongoing training are provided, with a clear path to either part-time or full-time

Qualifications

• Friendly, outgoing, customer-focused with front-of-house experience.
• Administration experience with strong attention to detail.
• Self-starter who can juggle priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive, team-oriented with confidence using technology.
• Enjoys working with children and supports a learning environment.
• Available to work across scheduled studio days.

Responsibilities

• Greet students and families; answer questions about events and processes.
• Deliver excellent customer service and ensure a positive arrival/departure experience.
• Support teachers and cover classes when needed to keep operations running smoothly.
• Manage uniforms and stock; coordinate ordering of supplies.
• Complete administrative tasks to support leadership.
• Keep studio spaces clean, orderly and class-ready, assisting with venue management.
