Job summary

Drake Supermarkets Pty Ltd in Adelaide is seeking a motivated leader to run the dairy & freezer department at the Findon store. You will report to the Store Manager and be responsible for a small team, roster planning, order generation, and stock takes, while driving excellent customer service.

The role offers full-time, permanent employment with on-the-job training, a clear progression path, and a 10% staff discount for you and your family across Drakes stores.

Qualifications

• Grocery or dairy knowledge required.
• Ability to supervise team members and coordinate tasks.
• Hands-on approach with a focus on service quality.
• Strong customer service mindset and communication skills.
• Ability to liaise with team and management, and contribute to merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Managing a small team and leading daily operations.
• Creating rosters to ensure adequate coverage.

About this opportunity:

Our Findon store is currently looking for a motivated and hard working leader, to join and lead the store's dairy & freezer department.

Reporting directly to the Store Manager, this successful applicant will be responsible for managing a small team, creating rosters, generating orders, completing stock takes + much more!

Working as a part of an enthusiastic team, in a highly competitive supermarket environment, applicants will be expected to demonstrate:
